Big News!

It gives me great pleasure to announce that, in our quest to be a great neighborhood gathering place, Free Parking is now an entirely dumpling-themed bar. At long last, every item on our much-beloved menu will now be offered exclusively in dumpling or wonton form. You’re welcome!

We all know every food can be improved by wrapping it in dough and either frying or steaming it, so that’s just what we’ve done. The Boardwalk Burger in wonton form? We’ve got you covered!

In all seriousness, the world we live in can be hard at times, and we need places and moments of joy to feed us on our journey. Delicious foods wrapped in fried dough, games based around those same foods—they offer that joy in spades. Come by Free Parking to fill up on dumpling-joy and then share it with your neighbors!

Play Sushi Go: Party

Sushi Go is a modern classic. With only a deck of cards (and in the “Party” expansion, some score-keeping items), players choose cards from their hands to play in front of them simultaneously, then pass their hands to the next person, attempting to build up sets of cards that score them points in different ways. Each suit of cards—dumplings, obviously, but also tempura, sashimi, nigiri, maki, and dessert—scores in a different way, making the collection of sets of cards very important. The game is played and scored in three rounds with the high-scorer the winner.

In addition to Sushi Go: Party, our entire games library has shifted to be dumpling-themed. Gone are CandyLand and A Gentle Rain, now you can play such greats as Steam Up, Hibachi, Nice Buns, Momo, Potluck Showdown, Le Jou de la Boulette, and Sushi Go: Spin Some Dim Sum. You can also play newly released games such as Dumpling-Span, Ticket to Wonton, and Connect 4 (Wontons).
